As the Lead Designer at Def Jam Recordings, I led visual direction and execution across brand, artist, and partnership initiatives. My work spanned album packaging, large-scale campaigns, and experiential activations that celebrated Def Jam’s legacy while introducing a renewed visual energy to the label’s next chapter. I developed creative systems across print, digital, and physical touchpoints—from CD and vinyl layouts, global OOH campaigns, and GRAMMY® ads to immersive pop-ups and anniversary events. I also spearheaded the visual rollout for Def Jam’s 40th Anniversary, bridging archival design cues with modern cultural relevance. Every project reflected a balance of heritage and innovation—translating the spirit of artists like Coco Jones, Adekunle Gold, Justin Bieber, and LL COOL J into cohesive, story-driven visuals that connected music, design, and culture on a global scale.
